Beer (malt amber lager), apple cider vinegar, vinegar, demerara sugar (natural cane sugar), molasses, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), tomato paste, sea salt, tamarind, spices, garlic, onion, tabasco sauce (vinegar, red pepper, salt), anchovy paste. Contains soy, wheat, fish (anchovies).
Complex, savory-sweet, deep & spiced, Colonel Pabst’s malt amber-lager-based Worcestershire sauce is superb. It features layers and layers of umami from tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, beer & soy sauce, plus a blend of spices including cinnamon, pepper, and madras curry. A blend of vinegars and tamarind add tanginess, while tabasco adds just the barest hint of heat.
You can use it like traditional Worcestershire sauce in any recipe to get superior results.
