6oz. Boneless Kurobuta Pork Loin Chops are petite enough to cook quickly and so delicious on their own they don’t require a lot of fuss. That makes them an ideal choice for weeknight suppers when time is tight, but that’s not to say they are everyday pork chops. Kurobuta Pork is an internationally famous breed of pork from England (and later Japan) known for its intense marbling and tenderness. Also known as Berkshire Pork, its texture is supple and juicy, and has a richness and depth of flavor that far surpasses the taste of conventional pork.
Store frozen chops in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as many as you plan on cooking.
RECIPES & TIPS
Great for grilling, broiling, or pan frying. You can use Kurobuta pork chops as you would any other pork, but there’s no need for a sauce or other embellishment unless you really want one. Simple seasonings will allow the meat’s remarkable flavor to shine.
