RECIPES & TIPS
Som pomegranate drinking vinegar can be mixed with chilled sparkling water or club soda to make a refreshing beverage. Four parts soda to 1 part drinking vinegar is recommended, but you may find different proportions suit your personal taste.
It also can be used as an ingredient in more complex non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, sauces, glazes, marinades, etc.
Pair pomegranate drinking vinegar with flavors like cinnamon, citrus fruits (especially lemon, grapefruit or orange), tequila, banana, coconut, ginger, cardamom or cardamom bitters, pork, chicken or lamb.
