Truffle juice is made by cooking Italian black summer truffles. It has a delicate but delightful truffle flavor and is easy to add to sauces, risotto, and other dishes as you would vegetable or mushroom stock.
Store unopened truffle juice in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
