Rose Flower Crystals™ are an eye-catching rich purple color. They have a potent rose aroma and flavor, so you only need a little to give dishes a floral element. They can be used as a garnish or finishing touch for a wide variety of desserts – use them as you would decorative sugars or crystallized violets.
Though their vibrant color may look artificial, these crystals are all natural (made without chemical ingredients) – it’s completely from the natural pigments in the edible roses used.
Store Rose Flower Crystals™ in their jar (or another air-tight container) in a cool, dark, dry place.

RECIPES & TIPS
Rose crystals can be used as a finishing touch to add beautiful color and sweet, floral flavor to desserts. Try sprinkling them on ice cream, frosted cakes or cupcakes (as you would candied violets), rice puddings, custards, panna cotta, etc.
These crystals can also be crushed with a spice grinder, mortar & pestle or by pressing them between two spoons in order to create smaller crystals or a fine powder (with a lighter color). Once broken down into smaller particles, they can be used to rim cocktail glasses.
They can be sprinkled on top of or folded into cookie dough before baking for extra texture & decoration.
