Vine-ripened fresh ground tomatoes, fresh onions, canola extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, natural cane sugar.
What’s “Italian Gravy”? It’s a regional term for tomato sauce. Though the label trumpets “Only 5 Ingredients”, don’t be fooled into thinking this is your run-of-the-mill tomato sauce.
There’s something special in these jars that makes the contents truly superb. Maybe it’s the fact that they use only fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, never pre-made pastes or purees. Maybe it’s the slow, six hour cooking process. We’re not sure, but it’s a winner.
Jersey Italian Gravy can be used right out of the jar as a pasta or pizza sauce. Since it’s made without added spices, it’s perfect for adapting to your personal tastes. Add whatever Italian herbs or spices strike your fancy & enjoy!
