The striploin roast is a steak cut from the whole striploin. The end roasts, cut from either end of the striploin, can be treated just as you would a strip steak (aka NY strip steaks). These steaks have a firm texture and a rich, buttery flavor. With a nicely trimmed fat cap, these roasts are ready to cook right out of the package.

RECIPES & TIPS
Striploin roasts can be prepared just as you would a NY strip steak. They’re great grilled, pan seared, roasted, or broiled. Simply cook, slice, and serve.
