Andouillettes are traditional French pork tripe sausages seasoned with mustard and spices. These French-style andouillettes are more mildly flavored than Cajun-style andouillettes.
These all natural andouillettes have been made from antibiotic & hormone free pork fed natural feed (no animal by-products).
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Pork Chitterlings, Pork Stomachs, Pork Meat, Onions, Salt, Red Wine, Mustard (Water, Vinegar, Mustard Seeds, Salt, Spices), Vinegar, Parsley, Garlic, Pepper, Spices (allspice, coriander, nutmeg, caraway, herbs de Provence). Natural Pork Casing.

Store these sausages in your freezer until you're ready to reheat them. Uneaten thawed sausages should be stored in your refrigerator.
Up to 36 weeks frozen, 7-10 days thawed.

Andouillette sausage is already fully cooked, and thus only needs to be roasted, broiled, grilled or boiled until heated through.
