Wood sorrel (Oxalis acetosella - aka sour grass, lemon clover) is a wild green that has a flavor that’s mildly lemony with pronounced tartness. It’s high in vitamin C and has been used in traditional herbal medicine to treat a variety of ailments.

RECIPES & TIPS
Wood sorrel can be used as whole leaves in salads or soups, or pureed for use in sauces. The leaves are often cut off the tough stalks (which are discarded) before use.
