Smoked duck meat is paired with apple brandy and a hint of clover honey in these sausages. Biting into one will give you a mix of smokiness, richness from the duck meat, sweetness from the honey, and twang from the apple jack brandy.

Store duck sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as many as you need.
