Russian (Small) Blini
PRODUCT INFO
The blini, a small, more refined pancake, is the classic vehicle for fine caviar and other hors d’oeuvres. These cocktail blini are Russian-style, much smaller than French-style blini. Each is roughly the size of a silver dollar. They are made in France.
These blini are incredibly easy to prepare for parties or other events. After thawing, they need only to be removed from their packaging and briefly warmed up in the oven or microwave before serving.
Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, whole fresh eggs, sunflower oil, whole milk powder, salt.
