Micro wasabi greens offer big wasabi flavor in a tiny package. Their flavor starts out green/herbaceous and fresh, then moves into wasabi heat after a moment, eventually ramping up to almost sinus-clearing intensity (depending on how much you’ve eaten). They're great for use as a garnish (particularly for seafood) or as an ingredient in salads or sandwiches. They particularly excel when paired with Asian-style dishes.
Store wasabi microgreens in your refrigerator in its plastic clamshell.
In general, microgreens will stay fresh for 5-7 days. Some hardier varieties can last longer.
