Ingredients: Pork, water, sea salt, turbinado sugar, celery powder.
Store Berkshire pork hams in your freezer until you need them, then thaw as many as you want.
RECIPES & TIPS
These hams should be roasted whole, sliced and sautéed, cubed and simmered, or otherwise cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees before consumption.
Once cooked, Kurobuta hams can be served hot or cold as you would any other conventional (“city”) ham.
Enjoy this ham sliced for holiday banquets or quick & delicious meals, use it in delicious sandwiches, cube, slice or dice it for use in omelets, soups, stews, scrambled eggs, quiche or frittatas.
