French Breakfast Radishes
24 bunches, approximately 5 radishes per bunch (about 90 radishes)
French breakfast radishes are an elongated radish variety that is scarlet with white tips …a more interesting presentation than conventional radishes. They also offer a somewhat milder flavor, so there’s less risk of them overpowering other ingredients in your dish & they’re a better choice for veggie & dip platters.
Store French breakfast radishes in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic.
Up to a week fresh.
RECIPES & TIPS
French breakfast radishes can be used as you would conventional radishes in salads and other dishes. They’re also good in sandwiches paired with butter and fine sea salt or cream cheese. Try slicing them lengthwise for an interesting presentation.
