This decadent duck liver mousse (Mousse de Canard au Foie Gras) is blended with creamy foie gras, duck meat, raisins, fresh grapes and sauternes wine for an elegant flavor profile and a spreadable consistency. The 8oz size packs are topped with glistening aspic.

Ingredients: Duck liver (minimum foie gras content 51%), duck skin, cream, eggs, duck meat, grapes, grape juice concentrate, raisins, milk, sauternes wine, onions, nonfat dry milk, spices, hydrolyzed plant protein (corn gluten, soy protein and wheat gluten), mushrooms, salt, garlic, mustard, aspic [8oz size only] (kosher gelatin, cognac, glucono delta lactone, salt, concentrated mushroom juice, lemon powder, onion powder, vinegar, white pepper, xanthan gum, carrageenan, spices.

Slice this mousse & serve it with toast points or fine crackers. Three Little Pigs recommends pairing it with a dry sparkling white wine or light to medium bodied red wine.
