This bacon is made from formed Pekin duck breast meat that has been cured, smoked over apple wood, and thick cut. It can be cooked similarly to pork bacon in a skillet on the stove, a baking pan in the oven, or as an ingredient in recipes.
Ingredients: Boneless duck breast, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
