Bresaola (aka Viande des Grisons) is a classic Italian cold cut made from lean beef seasoned with salt & garlic, then air-dried until firm.
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Beef, Salt and less than 2% of the following : Natural Flavorings, Sugar, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.
Store bresaola in your refrigerator in its original packaging or (after opening) tightly wrapped in cling film.
Up to 24 weeks for unopened packs, 7 days opened.
RECIPES & TIPS
Bresaola should be sliced as thinly as possible, then served in sandwiches, salads, or as part of charcuterie plates. It’s traditionally paired with ingredients like fresh figs, fine extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
