Preparation Tips: Be careful not to overcook venison meat, because it is so low in fat, it will turn tough and rubbery.

How to Store & Share: Each rack is just over 2lbs and has 8 chops. One to two racks are perfect for a small dinner party. The rest will stay frozen nicely in a zip lock or vacuum sealed bag and can be saved for another special occasion. Or you can always split the case with friends and family.
