This Tartufata Sauce (Truffle Sauce) is made with a wonderful blend of black truffles (5%) and porcini mushrooms.

Store unopened tartufata sauce in a cupboard. Once opened it should be stored in your refrigerator.

Tartufata Sauce is an excellent addition to bruschetta and pasta. It can also be used to make your favorite sauces, as a condiment for roasted meats, or added to braising liquid used for slow-cooking osso bucco, ribs, and pot roasts.
