Pasture-Raised Veal

Flavor: The flavor profile of free-range veal is superb because the calves have a natural diet, live in a pristine environment, and do not have added growth stimulants, antibiotics or other additives. Free-range veal has a natural rose color from a naturally nutritious diet and exercise. It has a pure, robust flavor and tenderness. 
 
Humane Animal Treatment: There are no veal crates in this program; we provide our calves with large open pastures, allowing them to socialize with one another and graze on verdant pastures with their mothers. The calves can also choose whether to use open shelters with bedding in inclement weather. Dunedin’s program exceeds consumer standards of animal husbandry.
