In keeping with our commitment to quality and the environment, Marx Foods only carries seafood that has been caught, gathered, or farmed sustainably. Our wild seafood includes wild-caught salmon (Sockeye salmon, King salmon, Coho salmon and Pink salmon), wild Pacific snapper, wild Alaskan black cod, and wild Pacific halibut. Sustainable shellfish available include live oysters (Kumamoto oysters, Pacific oysters, Virginica oysters, and Olympia oysters), wild Alaskan spot prawns, live geoducks, wild Dungeness crabs and wild lobsters.
