Oyster mushrooms are extremely versatile, and can be prepared using almost any cooking technique. They are often eaten stuffed, in soups, or stir-fried. Blue Oyster Mushrooms are firmer and have a stronger flavor than the larger King Oyster Mushrooms. These King Oyster mushrooms and dried oyster mushrooms are certified organic.
