Dried Wild Mushrooms

Though fresh wild mushrooms are only available during their brief annual seasons, dried wild mushrooms can be enjoyed year round. They’re also a great value, as each 8oz of dried mushrooms is equivalent to 5lbs of fresh mushrooms. They can be stored for a year or more in your pantry and can be used dried or easily reconstituted using boiling water.
