Couscous is a tiny noodle or dumpling made by blending ground whole grain with salted water until it forms uniform balls. It comes in a variety of sizes and is traditionally steamed.
Fregola Sarda is the Italian version of couscous made from durum wheat semolina. It has been toasted, giving it extra color and nuttiness.
Orzo is a 1/3” long rice-shaped pasta used in soups, side dishes & rice pilafs.
