Organic Beech Mushrooms

Though they are different colors, brown beech mushrooms (buna shimeji mushrooms) and white beech mushrooms are very similar in taste and texture. Beech mushrooms pair well with game meats and seafood. These organically grown mushrooms are clustered in bunches and have a crisp texture and slightly nutty/herby flavor.
