Dunedin Beef is graded to be the top 15% in terms of marbling. This beef is free-range and humanely raised in the pastures of New Zealand. We never use growth stimulants or antibiotics.
Also known as the New York steak, country club steak, and ambassador steak, this legendary steak is cut from the top loin. It is extremely tender, fine grained, well marbled and has a strong beefy flavor. Most often, Striploin steaks are grilled or broiled.
Recommended Cooking Temps: Grass-fed beef is also naturally leaner than commercial beef, so it should be cooked for less time and at lower temperatures.
