Dunedin Beef is graded to be the top 15% in terms of marbling. This beef is free-range and humanely raised in the pastures of New Zealand. We never use growth stimulants or antibiotics.
The Ribeye steak is cut from the ribs, making it one of the most juicy, tender and well-marbled steaks. Because of the all-grass diet, this beef yields a very rich and robust flavor.
Recommended Cooking Temps: Grass-fed beef is also naturally leaner than commercial beef, so it should be cooked for less time and at lower temperatures.
