Yellowfoot Chanterelle mushrooms are a small, very thin variety of mushroom and are brightly colored with a golden yellow stem. Yellowfoot Chanterelles are also known as the Funnel Chanterelle, or the Yellow Leg Mushroom. Yellowfoots taste delicate, like a mild Golden Chanterelle.

Origin: All of our American wild mushrooms are sustainably hand-foraged in the pristine mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

Season: Yellowfoot Chanterelles are harvested from December to January.

Applications: When cooked this mushroom complements most of meat and fish dishes due to their versatility and ability to be mixed with other mushrooms and vegetables.

Storage & Handling: Place in a paper bag and refrigerate for use within 10 days. Before cooking, clean them gently with a damp paper towel to remove dirt. Do not soak them.
