This sausage encompasses wonderfully Southwestern flavors: the hearty tones of buffalo, paired with smoked Jalapenos, oregano, cumin and bacon. Our game meat is USDA approved.

Ingredients: Buffalo, Beef, Pork, Water, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Spice and Spice Extracts, Chipotle Chiles, Ground Chili Powder, Mustard Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin. Stuffed into a Natural Pork Casing.

Store bison sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw as many packages as you need. For thawing tips, please read Safely Defrosting Frozen Food for Maximum Flavor.

We do not recommend refreezing unused raw portions.

Buffalo sausage is easy to roast, sauté, or grill it. Try it in fajitas! However, it is not only suited to whole-sausage applications. Its casing can be cut, and the sausage meat crumbled into sauces or used as a stuffing or filling as you would use conventional bulk sausage.
