Yak burger patties are an exciting alternative to the common burger. Yak meat is somewhat similar to beef, but the flavor is more delicate.
Yaks play an essential role in the Tibetan diet. Yaks carry a large portion of their fat near the skin, allowing it to be easily trimmed away during processing. As a result, yak meat is lower in fat (as little as one sixth as much) and cholesterol than conventional beef, with higher protein.

Store frozen yak burgers in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw as many 3-patty packs as you need.
