Available in two flavors:

Honey: The salmon is brined in a mixture of honey and salt prior to smoking.

Pepper Garlic: In addition to the honey & salt brine, this jerky is seasoned with black pepper and garlic after smoking.

This coho salmon jerky (aka silver salmon jerky) has been hot alderwood smoked until crunchy and shelf-stable.

Wild coho salmon has a more mild (though still delicious) flavor than bold flavored salmon species like sockeye salmon.  The coho salmon used in this jerky has been sustainably fished off the coast of Alaska by small family-run fishing boats and expertly prepared for extremely high quality.

We also offer cold-smoked coho lox and hot smoked coho salmon.

While stored this way, the jerky will become dryer and crispier over time. If you would prefer to preserve its texture exactly as you received it, store it in your freezer until relatively close to when you intend to eat it.

Shelf Life: Up to one year.

Coho jerky is the perfect anywhere snack for people on the go. Offering many of the health benefits of fresh salmon with the convenience of beef jerky, it’s light, portable, and addictively tasty. It can even be rehydrated in boiling water for use as an ingredient in dishes like fish stew.
