How to Store & Share: Each rack weighs between 2 and 3 lbs and has 8 bones (or chops.) One to two racks are perfect for a small dinner party or special occasion. The rest will keep frozen nicely in a zip lock or vacuum sealed bag and can be saved for another special occasion. Or you can always split the case with friends and family.
