This is an order for a whole beef. About 50% of the meat is ground beef, 25% is for roast cuts, and 25% is for steaks.

Origin: Eaton Natural Beef in Colton, WA

Specifications: Each order is for approximately 400 lbs of beef. It is flash frozen and wrapped in butcher paper. The cuts are labeled. The ground beef is portioned in 1lb cryovack packs, the steaks are usually 2 per pack, and the roasts are usually in 2-3lb packs.

Options: If you would like to pay a little extra to have the ground beef formed into patties, we can do that too. There are 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 pound patties available. Stew meat, brisket, ribs, and cubed steak are also options if you call us for a special order. (866) 588-8279
