Rare - 135° Medium Rare - 140°-150° Medium - 140°-145° Medium Well - 160° Well Done - 165° and above
How to Store & Share: These burgers will arrive frozen in 1lb packs. So, you can thaw what you want to cook and throw the rest back into the freezer, or you can share with your friends and family.
