This beautiful vegetable pate has three colorful layers.  The green bottom layer is made from spinach, the cream colored middle layer is made from cauliflower, and the orange top layer is carrot.

Ingredients: Carrot, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, whipping cream, egg, egg white, milk, gelatin, nonfat dry milk, onion, salt, gluten, cornstarch, spices, sugar, garlic. Aspic: water, carrageenan, salt, soy sauce.

Storage: Store pates in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, though this may slightly change their texture.

Shelf Life: Unopened pates will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Once opened they will last for 10-14 days. They can also be frozen for up to 36 weeks.

Pates are most commonly served cold or at room temperature with toast or crackers as a canapé or hors d’oeuvre. However, they can also be enjoyed as a sandwich filling.
