Selezione black truffle and artichoke spread is made by blending artichokes, olive oil, and Italian black truffles together into a delicious tapenade-like paste.  It can be spread on bruchetta, served as part of cold appetizer or charcuterie platters, or used as a finishing touch for just-cooked meats and seafood.

Storage: After opening, store truffle artichoke spread in its jar in your refrigerator.

Shelf Life: Seven days after opening, possibly longer if covered with a layer of olive oil.

Try putting a dollop of truffle artichoke spread on cold cut, charcuterie or cheese antipasto plates so people can spread it on toast similarly to a tapenade. It can also be used as an ingredient in dishes that will not be cooked or as a finishing touch for cooked meat or veggie dishes.
