Gnocchi may have been one of the earliest forms of pasta consumed in Italy.  Though it wasn’t made with potatoes at first, they are generally the main ingredient of choice for modern gnocchi. 

This roasted sweet potato gnocchi is an exciting alternative to the norm, bringing the rich flavor of oven roasted sweet potatoes and bright color to your favorite gnocchi dishes. 

Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, potato flakes, potato flour (potatoes), water, eggs, tomato powder, salt, cinnamon, molasses, honey, annatto, nutmeg, rice flour (to prevent sticking).

Made in a facility that produces wheat, egg, soy, milk, seafood, pine nut based products.

Storage: Store sweet potato gnocchi in your freezer until you’re ready to use it.

Shelf Life: Up to 8 months frozen & unopened. For absolute best quality, use within two months after opening the package.

Add still-frozen gnocchi to a large pot of boiling salted water, and boil until tender (about 1-2 minutes).  Drain and toss with butter and herbs or your favorite sauce.

Sweet potato gnocchi can be served as you would regular gnocchi in a wide variety of sauces.  Try them in pork or duck ragout sauces, mushroom sauce, or pesto.
