Nuovo Artisan Ravioli

Nuovo has been making artisanal pasta of the highest quality for over twenty years. All their fillings are completely hand made, then used to fill beautiful pasta. These raviolis are as exotic and exciting on the inside as they are on the outside, with fine-dining flavors like braised osso bucco, black truffles with crème, and pumpkin with sage.

 

Not only that, but Nuovo ravioli is as convenient as it is tasty. Stored in the freezer, you just throw it into boiling water while still frozen. Each piece is frozen individually, so you can cook as many pieces as you need. Many of these fillings are so flavorful that they need only be gently sauced with melted butter and fresh herbs, a fine extra virgin olive oil, or a basic tomato sauce.
