      are sent with gel packs via either Fedex Priority or
      Fedex Standard overnight. Almost all non-perishable
      items (such as dried mushrooms or dried peppers)
      are sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, which
      takes 2-7 business days for delivery. A few items
      are shipped via regular mail. The shipping method
      for each item is noted on each item page.

      Items that ship via Ground can be upgraded to
      overnight shipping (for a fee) by contacting us

Sous Vide Supreme water ovens are precision-calibrated water baths designed for sous vide cooking – a cutting edge culinary technique prized by many professional chefs. 

Cooking sous vide allows you to prepare meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables to the exact level of doneness you prefer with remarkable consistency.  In addition, foods cooked using sous vide are more moist & tender than those cooked using conventional methods.

Cooking using a sous vide machine is actually less complicated than it sounds.  After trying it, people often become hooked on its convenience and deliciousness.

All sous vide machines include da etachable power cord, insulated lid blanket, perforated bottom grill (generates thermal turbulence), manual, time & temperature guidelines and instructional DVD. 

Both sizes are available separately or in bundle packs with these added items: a vacuum sealer, 10 vacuum bags (5 quart, 5 gallon) & a copy of the cookbook “Easy Sous Vide – 4 Simple Steps to Delicious Meals”. 

Items cooked sous vide are usually vacuum-packed prior to cooking, so if you do not already own a vacuum sealer for food preservation purposes, we recommend buying one of the bundle packs.


Store sous vide water ovens & vacuum sealers as you would any other kitchen appliances. 

Do not leave water in the oven when not in use.


Season meats, seafood, or vegetables, vacuum pack them, and cook them according to the time & temperature guidelines included with the sous vide machine or sous vide cookbooks.

Most meats, poultry & seafood should be dried off and seared after they come out of the water bath using a hot oiled pan, grill, fryer or culinary torch – just long enough to develop a flavorful crust.
