Smoked duck meat is paired with apple brandy and a hint of clover honey in these sausages. Biting into one will give you a mix of smokiness, richness from the duck meat, sweetness from the honey, and twang from the apple jack brandy.
Ingredients: Duck, pork, beef, duck skin, water, salt, cherry syrup (pure cane sugar, water, cherry flavor, concentrated lemon juice), black currant syrup (pure cane sugar, sugar, water, concentrated black currant juice, natural flavoring, lemon juice), calcium reduced dried skim milk, sugar, butterscotch schnapps (contains milk), apple jack brandy, spices, paprika, flavorings, garlic powder, sodium nitrite. Stuffed in a natural pork casing.
Store duck sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as many as you need.
Thawing Tips
Grill, broil, or pan fry. These duck sausages are pre-cooked (smoked) so very little cooking time is needed to warm them up or mark them on the grill.
