Store smoked buffalo sausages in your freezer until you’re ready to use them, then thaw only as many packs as you need.
Thawing Tips
Smoked buffalo sausages can be grilled, broiled or pan fried, either whole or sliced. Because they are already cooked (smoked), they only need to be briefly warmed up and browned if desired.
They can be served whole with pasta, on sandwiches, or with side dishes. When sliced they can be added to soups, stews, sauces, or pasta dishes or threaded on skewers as a party food.
