The six year vinegar has an extraordinary density, aroma and depth of flavor with a clean delicate finish. Maletti balsamic vinegar is superb on a wide range of dishes, from fresh strawberries to salad greens topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings to most any meat dish. 6% acidity.
Apple Balsamic Vinegar -
Unique in the balsamic world, this vinegar has a base of apple rather than of grape must, is aged in oak, and is sumptuously rich and with a hint of apple. 5% acidity.
White Balsamic Vinegar -
Made with white wine vinegar and grape must this white balsamic has a milder flavor and is perfect for white sauces and foods. 6% acidity.
