This vinegar is aged in an accelerated evaporation process in former wine barrels of French Allier oak. The six year vinegar has an extraordinary density, aroma and depth of flavor with a clean delicate finish. Maletti balsamic vinegar is superb on a wide range of dishes, from fresh strawberries to salad greens topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings to most any meat dish.
Apple Balsamic Vinegar -
Unique in the balsamic world, this vinegar has a base of apple rather than of grape must, is aged in oak, and is sumptuously rich and with a hint of apple.
White Balsamic Vinegar -
Made with white wine vinegar and grape must this white balsamic has a milder flavor and is perfect for white sauces and foods.
