A classic Italian combination of sharp aged asiago, creamy ricotta
& a milky fresh mozzarella is encased in a heart-shaped ravioli
flavored with ground pink and black peppercorn pasta.
Filling: Ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey,
whole milk, cream, vinegar, salt), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized whole
milk, culture, salt, enzymes), asiago cheese (pasteurized whole milk,
culture, salt, enzymes), romano cheese(made from cow's milk, salt,
enzymes), egg whites, pepper, basil.
Pasta: Durum flour, water, eggs, parsley, carmine.
