Shelf Life: Six months or longer unopened, several months after opening.

Ramp vinaigrette is an incredible salad dressing, but can also be used as marinade for meats & veggies or a sauce for vegetables and seafood (especially for grilled seafood & vegetables).
Try pairing it with ingredients like asparagus, carrots, tomatoes, peas, wild mushrooms, cheese (parmesan, fresh mozzarella, ricotta salata), salad greens, corn, pasta, lentils, bacon, salmon and whitefish like halibut, trout and dover sole.
