This duck prosciutto is made from magret/moulard duck breasts that have been seasoned and dry cured, changing their texture and awakening new depths of flavor.

It is ready to eat, has a long shelf life in the refrigerator and can be used in all sorts of upscale sandwiches, cheese plates, tapas, appetizers, party foods and hors d’oeuvres.

Storage: Store duck prosciutto in your refrigerator. It can also be frozen for longer term storage, though this may change its texture.
