Applications: Edible flower petals can simply be placed on the plate to bring bright color to your dishes. To add a little shine and extra flavor, they can be candied by brushing them with a mixture of pasteurized egg whites and sugar, then letting them dry.

How to Store and Share: Keep the edible petals from the confetti mix in their plastic clamshells in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.  They will last for approximately ten days.
