Kurobuta bacon (aka Berkshire bacon) comes from pigs bred for their flavor and marbleized meat. Wild Boar bacon combines the flavorful, slightly sweet flavor of wild boar with just the right amount of smoke. We even offer bellies for braising or those interested in curing and smoking their own bacon from scratch!
