Petite lemongrass is often steeped or blended for use in dishes. While far more tender than mature lemongrass, it’s generally still too woody to eat whole.
Use lemongrass in marinades, soups, stews, and sauces. It can also be used to infuse flavor into liquids, especially alcohols for use in cocktails.
