Sylvetta Arugula (aka Wild Arugula, despite being cultivated) is a smaller, darker green, nuttier and spicier Arugula variety. Even small quantities will add considerable peppery bite to salads, fresh fruit dishes, herb crusts, oils, and sauces.
This fresh Sylvetta Arugula is referred to as a “petitegreen”. This means that it is somewhat older than a microgreen, making it larger and more impressive while offering fairly similar flavor and tenderness to a true microgreen.
