This pork pate is seasoned with black pepper and topped with aspic. It is perfect for use in canapes for party hors d'oeuvres or sandwiches.

Pork, Pork Liver, Egg White, Water, Red Wine, Salt, Modified Cornstarch, Nonfat Dry Milk, Black Pepper, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Spices, Garlic, Ascorbic Acid ( Vitamin C ), Sodium Nitrite. Topped with Water, Gelatin, Vinegar, Salt, Carrageenan, Caramel Color, Lemon, Carrot.
Store pates in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, though this may slightly change their texture.
Unopened pates will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Once opened they will last for 10-14 days. They can also be frozen for up to 36 weeks.
RECIPES & TIPS
Pates are most commonly served cold or at room temperature with toast or crackers as a canapé or hors d’oeuvre. However, they can also be enjoyed as a sandwich filling.
Traditional pate accompaniments include cornichon or gherkin pickles, olives, and coarsely ground French-style mustards.
